Born August 12, 1984 her real name is Marián Gracia Rivera a Filipina actress, commercial model, dancer and recording artist from GMA 7. She is known for the roles of Marimar, Dyesebel, Darna and Amaya. Marian was born in Madrid Spain her father is a Spaniard and mother from Cavite Philippines. She grew up with her grandmother and spent most of the time with her because her mother needs to work. After graduating from college Marian work for National Institute of Mental Health in Mandaluyong City.
Career
She started on ramp modeling and commercial ads like Skin White Lotion and Skyflakes. She starred on a noontime drama series with Oyo Boy Sotto and after the series he tries out to be Marimar a Mexican nobela remake. The same year she gets recognized country’s sexiest woman by FHM magazine and other magazine. She starred in movies with Dingdong Dantes Marian real life boyfriend and Richard Gutierrez. This year she is playing the role of Carmela another drama series from GMA7 together with Alden Richards. Rivera is also a singer dancer and 2009 when she released the album Sabay Sabay tayo a dance album.
