He played the role of Ray Avellino in Star Magic: Abt Ur Luv and certan television series. He was discovered by Jun Reyes and went ABS CBN acting workshop. Here are some of his television and movie appearances: Natutulog ba Ang Dyos, MMK: Notebook, Your Song: Boystown, Katorse , Mara Clara, Okat2kat, My Destiny. Till My Heartaches End, Won't Last A Day Without You,Bride for Rent. Martin also received awards like Breakthrough Performance by an Actor and New Movie Actor of the Year
