Jeric started his career joining talent search like Ginong Lagun aand was declared 2nd runner up. 2012 He auditioned online for Protege. The artsista search include mentor from different artist like Joline Magdangal and Gina Alajar. He show his talent in singing and he was chosen by three of the four judges to be the male Protege of the night.
